Terms of Service - Dog Scoopers

Please read the following Terms of Service carefully before agreeing to dog waste removal services from Dog Scoopers.

By signing up for or purchasing our services, you agree to the following terms:

Professional Service & Liability Waiver: Dog Scoopers is committed to providing reliable, professional, and trustworthy services. In consideration of these services, clients agree to hold harmless and waive all claims against Dog Scoopers or its employees, except in cases of gross negligence by Dog Scoopers’ staff or management.

Service Limitations: We can only remove visible pet waste to the best of our ability. Overgrown grass, excessive leaves, unmaintained landscaping, or poorly maintained yards may affect the quality of cleanup. Waste found on top of leaves will be removed, but we do not sift through piles of leaves or mulch. Similarly, pet waste that blends with mulch, tanbark, or rocks may not be fully removed. We will do our best to clean all accessible areas within arm’s reach, but we do not service under decks lower than 6 feet or under trampolines unless moved by the client.

Safety of Staff: Dog safety is essential. To ensure the safety of our team, aggressive, territorial, or anxious dogs must be secured indoors during the service visit. If we encounter a dog displaying signs of aggression or distress, we will leave the property. Clients are responsible for ensuring their pets are properly secured during scheduled services. If an incident occurs, the client must provide proof of vaccinations and cover any medical expenses if Dog Scoopers staff is injured.

Payments: All clients must have a valid card on file for recurring services. Payment is charged upon service completion. For one-time services, a card is required to reserve the appointment and guarantee payment. We accept major credit cards only. Cash, payment apps, and personal checks are not accepted.

Service Schedule & Timing: We provide services from sunrise to sunset and do not offer specific appointment times due to varying conditions. We will notify clients if delays or rescheduling are necessary due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.

Holiday & Weather Cancellations: We do not provide services on major holidays such as New Year’s Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving (and the following Friday), and Christmas Week. Services canceled due to weather or holidays will be rescheduled to the next available service day without extra charges.

Cancellations & Service Changes: You may cancel or pause your service at any time. Accounts that remain inactive for over 30 days will be deactivated, and clients must re-enroll at the current rate. Cancellations or service changes should be submitted via email or the client portal at least 24 hours before your scheduled service day.

Refunds: Refunds are not offered unless a billing error occurs. Services will be completed for the current billing cycle if a cancellation request is made before the renewal date. Refunds, when applicable, will be issued minus any processing fees and applicable charges.

Satisfaction Guarantee: We strive to provide the best service possible. If you are not satisfied with a service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will revisit the property at no additional cost to ensure your satisfaction. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for free revisits.

Late Payments: Invoices are sent via email or SMS upon completion of each service. If payment is not received within 48 hours, reminders will be sent. Continued non-payment beyond six days may result in late fees and suspension of service. Accounts more than 30 days overdue may face legal action and be required to prepay for future services.

Initial Cleanups: For first-time services, we charge based on the number of 4-gallon buckets required to thoroughly clean the yard. The client must specify a bucket limit or budget cap if desired. Any quotes provided are estimates and may change based on the actual condition of the yard.

Waste Removal: If requested, we can leave waste in your trash bins. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure their bins are accessible. If bins are not accessible, we will remove the waste and charge the appropriate rate.

Pet Count Changes: Please notify us of any changes in the number of pets within seven days. Failure to do so may result in adjusted rates or termination of service if discrepancies are found.

Keys & Property Access: If you provide us with keys to your property, it is your responsibility to request their return upon service termination. We are not responsible for unreturned keys if not requested by the client.

Referrals: Refer a friend and receive a free service once your referral has completed and paid for their service. Only active recurring clients are eligible for referral rewards.

Marketing Use: By using our services, you give permission for Dog Scoopers to use images of services performed on your property for marketing purposes, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Changes & Updates: These terms are subject to change at any time. It is the client’s responsibility to stay informed of the current policy.
